This was one of my favorite projects as it was the first outdoor event that I managed. My involvement in the project started with proposing the best locations according to the brief. Also, I sketched budget estimates for legal permissions.
After receiving the go-ahead, I negotiated costs regarding location approvals. I also coordinated my team of 8 members in completing the legal forms. Routing and transportation budgets were also my responsibility. I have identified the most time/cost efficient routes and negotiated costs with the providers.
As manager of the field department, I supervised and coordinated my team during the entire process of implementation. My role was also to handle crisis situations, administer logistics and maintain the relationship with client representatives. Reporting, analyzing results and submiting improvement proposals were also my tasks during and after the campaign.
