My region and responsibilities increased. I coordinated merchandising and promoting activities on covering half of the country (21 counties). With a team of 18 members, I managed projects and events for clients such as: Beiersdorf, Unilever, Kandia, Mondelez, Pepsi, Vodafone, Pierre Fabre and so on.
My daily challenges were analyzing business trends, campaign proposals & implementation, managing crisis situations and team coordination.
